For Entrepreneurs

Do you have great business skills and experience of growing start-ups to exit? Do want to do it for yourself next time?"

Many managers and business consultants are frustrated entrepreneurs. Fully capable of growing a successful business, they have simply lacked their own 'killer' business idea. And that's exactly where Innovation Exchange comes in.

By using microFunding, the Innovation Exchange gives experienced business Managers the chance to:

  • work with an idea that has serious commercial potential

  • create something in which they have a significant share

  • build their own management team

  • make an exit as profitable and as early as possible

The Manager plays the Key role in the process. It is not mentoring, but active management. It's his job to make the money: to take an idea and make it happen.

It is the Manager's role to identify, create and run a business, often without any significant additional input from the Inventor beyond the initial idea. It is entirely up to the Manager what happens, how it happens and with whom it happens; and although the Inventor will no doubt contribute his own ideas about how things could develop, control is entirely with the Manager.

The critical stage of the process is the Proof of Concept (PoC) Project.

Of fundamental importance in a ‘Proof of Concept’ Project is the establishment of workable and unambiguous terms of reference to which external investors will respond. By eliminating less viable Innovations and identifying the winners early at little cost, the PoC Project gives Investors the chance of real Rewards at reduced Risk.

If the Project attracts funding, the manager runs the Project to determine viability...

...and if the Project succeeds, the Manager gets 30%* of the company to recruit his team and grow the business.

And the sooner and more successfully he creates a profitable exit, the better it is for all...

What does it cost? And how does it work?
